Go beyond diversity, equity and inclusion by learning how to help yourself and your team overcome biases to evolve into a culture of belonging. James has earned accolades for his speaking engagements at conferences, symposiums and real estate events nationwide. He has forged an extraordinary path, marked by unwavering dedication to help professionals and workplaces embrace cultures of belonging. His genuine passion leaves audiences energized and inspired with an indelible mark of how to make positive changes.

April 16: Connections into Community: Top 5 Quality of the Best Networker: Networking is more than just making connections—it’s about building, nurturing, and activating relationships to access opportunity so you can achieve your goals and purpose. During this conversation with you, Tina Sula will explore the relationship between leadership, purpose, and networking and share the top five qualities of the best networkers and how developing these qualities can help you succeed both personally and professionally. Tina Sula teaches networking to students in the Program in International and Comparative Studies at the University of Michigan. She helps learners articulate and activate their life’s purpose to achieve their goals and aspirations. Tina is also a philanthropic advisor and fundraiser at the Jewish Federation of Detroit. Other experiences include various development roles at the University of Michigan and Henry Ford Health.

Free parking is available for the first two hours in the Chester Street Structure and all other Birmingham parking structures. There is also metered parking across from The Community House at $2.00 an hour (limit 4 hours). Parking is free on Sundays in all parking structures and meters. Revised Parking Map
