On Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm, The Community House will delight guests with the beloved Birmingham House Tour. Now in its 35th year, this fundraiser promises to captivate attendees by showcasing some of the most distinctive private residences in our neighborhoods. This premiere event attracts a loyal audience of home enthusiasts from throughout Metro Detroit.

- Begin your self-guided tour at 9:30 am (beat the crowd)!
Delight in a gourmet lunch experience at The Community House in the Wallace Ballroom for an additional $20 per person

Online reservations close Wednesday, September 11 at noon. Tickets will be available for purchase at The Community House on Wednesday from 2 – 5:30 pm or Thursday from 8 am – 2 pm.

Parking

Free parking is available for the first two hours in the Chester Street Structure and all other Birmingham parking structures. There is also metered parking across from The Community House at $2.00 an hour (limit 4 hours). Parking is free on Sundays in all parking structures and meters. Revised Parking Map
