House enhance the quality of life for your family and our community.
We are a 501c3 not-for-profit charitable organization;
all donations are tax deductible.
Annual Fund Drive
Our Annual Fund Drive begins in January and continues through the end
of the calendar year. Individuals giving more than $500 during the
year are
invited to an exclusive donor event and all donors receive special
acknowledgment in the Birmingham Eccentric. Your contributions (cash
and stock gifts)
are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Gifts of any size
are welcome and appreciated, and play a crucial role in the institution’s
ability to develop and deliver programs of the highest caliber. Click

 Memorials
and Tributes:
You can honor or remember a loved one by making a gift to The Community
House Tribute Terrace and/or to Tribute Fund.
Matching Gifts:
Many employers will match the charitable gifts of employees, retirees
and members of the corporate board. The amount of your gift may
be doubled, or even tripled, at no additional cost to you if your
company
has a matching
gift program. Please contact your company’s community affairs
or human resources department to see if a matching gift plan is
available.
Endowment Gifts:
The Community House maintains two endowment funds; one at the Community
Foundation for Southeastern Michigan and the other through The
Community House. Thanks to good fiscal management and careful
planning, we
have been able to reinvest income from the Endowment Fund for
the past few
years.
Your gift to the Endowment Fund is a legacy to future generations
that will also value The Community House.
