The Uptown Group
TUG (The Uptown Group) is a collection of young professionals dedicated to making a difference in Southeastern Michigan through fun and innovative social events, cultural programs and community outreach. Birmingham Bloomfield Newcomers Club
The club offers women who are new to the area an opportunity to meet
on a monthly basis and get involved in various interest groups. Call

Race Relations and Diversity Task
Force/Birmingham Bloomfield Area
Area residents concerned with achieving racial equality and ethnic
diversity within our community participate in monthly programs and
discussion.
General meetings are held on Thursdays, except in
July.

Garden
Club
Members help tend The Community House grounds and meet monthly

International
Community Club
The International Community Club enjoys a membership of over
100 men and women from the United States and abroad. Each month,
the
club provides
international education, social and cultural activities for members.

Senior
Men’s Club
The Senior Men’s Club is an organization of Birmingham
retired men devoted to the promotion of fellowship, cultural
interests and the rendering
of service. Members attend weekly luncheons, programs and interest
groups. The Senior Men's Club published The Wars of Our Generation in 2004.
Senior Women’s
Club
Bi-monthly luncheons and a variety of interest groups provide
the 703 members of the Senior Women’s Club with numerous
opportunities for socialization, enrichment and entertainment.

StoryTellers Guild
Over 125 members strong, the StoryTellers Guild’s mission is to enrich
the lives of children through the art and love of storytelling. Active
members of the Guild read to children in Hazel Park, Pontiac and Oak Park
elementary schools as well as area hospitals. Monthly meetings and programs
